摘要
了解我国体育教师发展的功力机制,优化其发展路径对我国全民体育活动的开展具有促进作用。影响教师发展的动力机制可分为内在动机与外在动力两方面,内在动机包括教师的自我发展意愿、专业理想需求、专业实践成就、专业地位需求等,外在动力包括经济、政治、文化的推动力。因此,需要通过增强体育教师专业发展内在意识、构建外在促进机制、考评机制等策略,将内在、外在动力进行开发、转化、培育与分配,从而促进体育教师的可持续发展。
Understanding the mechanism of physical education teachers development in China and optimizing its development path can promote the implementation of the national sports activities.The mechanism influencing teachers development can be divided into the internal motivation and the external force.The former involves teachers self development willingness,professional ideal needs,professional practice achievement,professional status needs and so on while the latter involves the driving force of economy,politics and culture.Therefore,we should adopt the strategies of enhancing physical education teachers professional development consciousness,and constructing the external promoting mechanism and evaluation mechanism to realize the development,transformation,cultivation and distribution of the internal motivation and the external force so as to promote the sustainable development of physical education teachers.
