摘要
目的分析和研究后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科上尿路疾病的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院在2015年10月—2016年9月期间泌尿外科收治的上尿路疾病患者作为研究对象,共86例,将所有患者根据平均分配原则成为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),其中采用传统手术方式治疗43例对照组患者,采用后腹腔镜手术方式治疗43例观察组患者,对两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术治疗情况以及并发症发生情况进行观察、比较。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率和并发症发生率分别为79.07%、25.58%,观察组患者的治疗总有效率和并发症发生率分别为93.02%、6.98%,由此可以看出,观察组患者的治疗有效率要比对照组患者的治疗有效率高,同时观察组患者的并发症发生率要显著低于对照组,另外观察组患者在手术方面的各项指标都要优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科上尿路疾病的临床效果显著,并且安全性高,在临床中值得推广。
Objective This paper tries to analyze and study the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of upper urinary tract diseases in Department of Urology.Methods A total of 86 cases with the upper urinary tract disease in this hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects,according to the principle of average allocation,these patients were divided into the control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases),used the traditional surgical treatment and laparoscopic surgical treatment respectively,and the clinical curative effect,surgical treatment and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the total efficiency and complication rate were 79.07%,25.58%,while in the treatment group,the total effective rate and complication rate were 93.02%,6.98%,which can be seen that the treatment group’s effective rate was higher than the control group,while the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the observation indexes in patients in surgery were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of upper urinary tract diseases in Department of Urology is remarkable,and the safety is high,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
