摘要
目的探讨脑电图、脑电地形图、CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床价值。方法方便选取2014年1月—2017年6月期间在该院进行治疗的100例中枢神经感染患者作为该次研究对象观察组,对患者行脑电图、脑电地形图、CT以及磁共振诊断,并且同期抽取80例患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的检测诊断结果。结果观察组患者行磁共振检测阳性率为98.00%、脑电地形图检测阳性率为90.00%、脑电图检测阳性率为85.00%、CT检测阳性率为56.00%,检测成效明显高于对照组患者的检测率,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中使用磁共振诊断、脑电地形图诊断以及脑电图的诊断阳性率,均明显高于CT诊断成效;观察组患者的脑电图诊断、脑电地形图诊断以及CT诊断和磁共振诊断阳性率均明显的高于后期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对中枢神经系统感染患者行脑电图、脑电地形图、CT及磁共振诊断,均具有显著治疗成效,脑电图以及脑电地形图还有磁共振检查,对于中枢神经系统感染患者的早期病症诊断以及患者的具体病情严重程度,以及后期的诊疗成效,均明显优于脑电图或者脑电地形图和CT诊断方法。
Objective To study the clinical analysis of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,CT and magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods 100 cases of patients with central nervous system infection treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were convenient selected as the observation group,and for electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,CT and magnetic resonance,and 80 cases of patients at the same period were selected as the control group,and the diagnosis results were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rates of magnetic resonance positive,electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram and CT in the observation group were respectively 98.00%,90.00%,85.00%,56.00%,and the test effect was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the positive rates of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,and magnetic resonance were obviously higher than that of CT,and the positive rates of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,CT and magnetic resonance were obviously higher than that in the latter stage,and the difference was statistically srynificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,CT and magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous system infection is obvious,and the effect of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram,and magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of early disease and severity of diseases of patients with central nervous system infection is better than that of electroencephalogram,electroencephalotopogram and CT methods.
