摘要
为满足工业检测领域中对高帧频工业线阵成像系统的需求,基于线阵CMOS图像传感器DLIS2K设计了高帧频线阵成像系统,通过对成像系统的DAC过程中的高、低参考电平、预加载值等的优化配置,采用行Binning模式,对采集到的数据做中值滤波,提高了系统的成像质量和灵敏度。通过实际场景的实验结果表明,高帧频线阵成像系统工作在像素时钟80MHz,分辨率2048时,输出帧频可达9412fps/s,系统信噪比约为42.3d B,成像质量满足线阵成像系统的设计要求。
In order to meet the demand of high-frame-frequency industrial linear array imaging system in the field of industrial inspection,DLIS2K is designed based on linear array CMOS image sensor.The high frame-frequency linear array imaging system is designed through the high and low reference level in the DAC process of imaging system,preload value and other optimal configuration,using row Binning mode,the median value of the collected data to filter,improve the system image quality and sensitivity.The experimental results show that the high frame rate line array imaging system operates at pixel clock 80MHz and the resolution is 2048,the output frame frequency can reach 9412fps/s,the system SNR is about 42.3dB,and the image quality satisfies linear array imaging system design requirements.
