摘要
中国少数民族双语教育是汉语作为第二语言教学的一个重要分支,对于少数民族语言保护、民族和谐和国家边防安全等多方面意义非凡。内蒙古自治区独特的地理位置、民族构成和文化内容决定了语言教育的必要性。在新时期研究呼和浩特市辖区内高校(内蒙古大学)的双语教育现状,有助于窥探当今自治区内语言时代特征、高校教育现状,分析预测未来蒙汉双语发展趋势,进一步迎合政策契机推动完善少数民族双语教育和跨境语言的继承性保护。经实地调查,内蒙古大学蒙汉双语教育承接前人历史经验在平台机构建设、课程设置方面取得一定成就,但在教育模式、主客体参与度等方面有一定的阻滞。针对这些利弊,调查小组提出相关建议,以期对校方双语教育质量有所裨益。
Bilingual education of ethnic minorities in China is an important branch of teaching Chinese as a second language,and it is of special significance for ethnic minority languages protection,national harmony and national border security.The unique geographical location,ethnic composition and cultural content of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region determine the necessity of language education.Studying the current status of bilingual education in Inner Mongolia University of Hohhot City in the new period helps us to learn about the features of languages in the Autonomous Region and the status quo of university education,and to analyze and predict the future Mongolian-Chinese bilingual development trends,so as to further cater to policy opportunities to promote and improve the bilingual education of ethnic minorities and the inheritance and development of cross-border languages.After field investigation,Mongolian-Chinese bilingual education in Inner Mongolia University has achieved historical achievements in the development of platform institutions and courses,but there is a certain degree of blockage in the educational model,subject-object participation,and so on.In light of these advantages and disadvantages,the investigation team made relevant suggestions in order to benefit the quality of bilingual education.
