摘要
通过对高校新入职辅导员的岗前培训需求进行研究,探讨新入职辅导员的职业选择和培训愿景,采用质性研究方法对新入职辅导员的培训需求进行整理研究发现:新入职辅导员普遍具有较高职业价值愿景,但缺乏职业认知和体验,并存在职业适应困扰。基于上述结果,着重讨论高校新入职辅导员的普遍困扰和需求特点,并提出有针对性的对策建议。
The current study examines the pre-job training needs of college new counselors.By exploring the career choice and training vision of new counselors,the researcher tries to categorize the needs of new counselors with qualitative research methods.The findings indicate that the new counselors generally have a higher occupational value vision,but show a lack of professional cognition and experience,and with occupational adaptation problems.Based on the results,this paper mainly discusses problems and characteristics of new counselors needs,and provides specific suggestions.
