摘要
老年大学教师是老年教育的重要资源,其专业发展与不断提高老年大学教学质量、推动老年大学可持续发展有着密切关系,也直接影响着老年教育的发展。本文通过对某老年大学A老师的教育故事进行叙事研究,从反思教学、同伴互助和专业引领三方面探讨了老年大学教师"求生和发现期"专业发展动力,力求对老年大学教师专业素养的提高以及老年教育发展的推动有所帮助。
Teachers at university for seniors are important resources and their professional development is closely related to the continuous improvement of teaching quality and the sustainable development of this universities.This directly affects the development of the elderly education.This article researched on the base of narrative story of Teacher A in a university for seniors,in order to explore the teachers“career entry”and three kinds of teachers professional development power in this period,such as teaching reflection,peer coaching and professional leading.
