摘要
文章归纳了死亡教育在癌症患者照护研究中的关键问题,指出死亡教育具有帮助癌症患者正视生命、死亡事实;缓解恐惧、焦虑等负性心理情绪;提升死亡质量;促进医护人员了解癌症患者需求等重要作用。讨论了传统死亡文化、家庭、医疗环境以及社会组织等阻碍我国死亡教育发展的影响因素,并在此基础上提出应积极增加死亡教育宣传力度;强化医护人员死亡教育培训;支持和鼓励社会团体组织建立科学的医护患协作系统,以帮助更多癌症患者燃起对生活的信心,并融入社会。
The paper summed up the key problems of death education in the care of cancer patients.It pointed out that death education plays an important role in helping cancer patients to face life and death,alleviating negative psychological emotions such as fear and anxiety,improving the quality of death,promoting medical staff to understand the needs of cancer patients and relieving the contradictions between doctors and patients.It then further discussed and analyzed factors hindering the development of death education in China,including traditional death culture,family,medical environment and social organization.Based on this,it proposed that China should increase death education propaganda actively,strengthen knowledge training among medical staff,support and encourage social organizations to build a scientific cooperation system which includes doctors,nurses and patients,so as to help more cancer patients find confidence in life and integrate into the society.
