摘要
现代学徒制试点办学主要特征是"岗位成才培养"。岗位成才需要对现有企业培训和学校教学组织进行重新构造,建设"岗位课堂体系"。企业也是"岗位课堂"的主体,职场是"岗位课堂"主要空间,高端技能培养是岗位课堂的主要目标。"职场课堂"解决核心能力培养难题,"学校课堂"解决文化知识和考证培养难题,"网络课堂"解决交互学习沟通难题。"岗位课堂"能够实现对教学内容、方法和教学评价三方面的有效管理。
The main feature of modern apprenticeship is the training of“be professional on job”,which requires the reorganization of existing corporate training systems and teaching modes so as to construct the job classroom system with enterprises as main part,workplace as main space,and high-end skills training as main objective.The effective management of"job classroom"is implemented in three aspects:teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.
