摘要
为解决传统空气源热泵在寒冷地区季节性能系数(COP)低,产出热水温度不太高(45℃)的普遍问题。本实验在青岛项目采用二氧化碳空气源热泵对铁路段进行供暖,为提高性能系数和减少能源消耗,使用压缩机和水泵变频技术对二氧化碳空气源热泵进行控制,分析二氧化碳空气源热泵变频条件和适用温度范围。结果表明,在-10℃的环境下,压缩机升频到60Hz,制热量能提高18.75%;使用二氧化碳空气源热泵变频技术,可生产65℃热水,在-12℃环境下,其性能系数达2.2;房间温度波动在22℃附近,波动幅度为2℃;在整个供暖期电耗为46.7k W·h/m2。
In order to solve the traditional air source heat pump seasonal coefficient of performance(COP)is low in cold area,the output water temperature only reach to 45益.The experiment of heat supply utilized carbon dioxide air source heat pump variable frequency technology aimed at improving the coefficient of performance and reducing energy consumption,through the technology of variable frequency compressors and water pump to control heat system,analyzed suitable temperature range and frequency conversion condition.The results show that the compressor frequency reach 60Hz at ambient temperature under-10益,heat capacity could increase 18.75%;by using of carbon dioxide air source heat pump variable frequency technology,it could produce 65益hot water,under-12益environment temperature,its coefficient of performance reached 2.2;the fluctuations of room temperature near 22益,the range of volatility is 2益;the power consumption is 46.7kW·h/m2 in the whole heating period.
