摘要
甲基丙烯酸甲酯因具备运用的广泛性以及其优异的性能特点,已形成了一种颇具市场潜力的化工产品。采用丙酮氰醇法,积极发挥该法规模化的优势,对其生产MMA的生产工艺进行分析和设计,使其工艺产率增加,能耗降低,降低环境污染,同时确保MMA的生产质量和产能,为促进我国MMA产业发展提供有益的思考。
Methyl methacrylate has become a potential chemical product because of its extensive application and excellent performance.Acetone cyanohydrin method is used to give full play to the advantages of this method on a large scale,and to analyze and design the production process of MMA,so as to increase the process yield,reduce the energy consumption and the environmental pollution.Meanwhile,to ensure the production quality and productivity of MMA,providing beneficial thinking for promoting the development of MMA industry in China.
