摘要
目的运用中医传承辅助平台软件分析赵玲教授治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的用药规律,总结其学术经验。方法采集2015年1月~2017年3月就诊于广东省中医院且诊断为DPN患者的门诊初诊处方,建立方剂数据库,利用中医传承辅助平台系统软件对筛选出的方剂进行用药分析,得出结论。结果共筛选出符合条件的方剂87首,涉及中药共139味,统计处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,并演化得到新处方10首。结论通过中医传承辅助平台得出赵玲教授治疗DPN用药多采用辛甘温之品,治法多以健脾祛湿,活血通络为主,为中药治疗DPN提供新的治疗思路。
Objective To analyze the herbal administration regularity of professor Zhao ling in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)by using Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform software,and summarize their academic experience.Methods From January 2015 to March 2017,the first prescriptions that were diagnosed with DPN in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,and a prescription′s database established.The selected prescriptions were analyzed with the drug by the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system,and get the conclusion.Results A total of 87 prescriptions were screened,involving 139 kinds of herbs,counted the frequency of prescriptions,commonly used herbal and their combinations,and evolved 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion It is clearly showed that the sweet-flavored and warm-natured herbs often were used by professor Zhao ling to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy from Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system.And the main treatment idea is invigorate the spleen and eliminating dampness,improve blood circulation.It provides new treatment ideas for the treatment of DPN by Chinese medicine.
