摘要
目的分析先天性心脏病护理中应用健康教育的效果。方法选取2012年8月—2017年8月我院收治的720例先天性心脏病患儿进行分组研究,按照单双号法分为对照组和试验组,各360例,对照组予以常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以健康教育,比较两组患儿家长对疾病知识的认知程度。结果试验组患儿家长饮食指导、用药指导、注意事项、护理知识、康复知识评分均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于先天性心脏病护理中可提高患儿家长对疾病相关知识的掌握程度和护理效果,具有积极的临床采纳和借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying health education in congenital heart disease nursing.Methods From August 2012 to August 2017,720 cases of children with congenital heart disease in our hospital,according to the odd and even numbers were divided into control group and experimental group,360 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,on the basis,the experimental group was given health education,cognitive degree of disease knowledge of parents of children was compared between two groups.Results The scores of dietary guidance,medication guidance,precautions,nursing knowledge and rehabilitation knowledge of parents in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in congenital heart disease nursing can significantly improve parents'mastery of the diseaserelated knowledge and nursing effect,and has positive clinical acceptance and reference value.
