摘要
目的观察研究剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者采取甲氨蝶呤不同给药途径联合宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月~2017年1月间在我院接受治疗的胚囊型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者74例进行研究,均实施宫腔镜手术及甲氨蝶呤治疗,依据信封法进行分组,对照组甲氨蝶呤用药方式为肌肉注射,观察组甲氨蝶呤用药途径为妊娠囊注射给药,各37例。对比两组的疗效。结果观察组各项实验室指标、住院时间、不良反应以及治疗成功率均明显优于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤妊娠囊注射给药联合宫腔镜手术治疗的效果更为显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with hysteroscopic surgery in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods Seventy-four cicatricial pregnancy patients with embryo sac caesarean section who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.Hysteroscopy and methotrexate were performed.Groups were grouped according to the envelope method.In the control group,methotrexate was administered by intramuscular injection,while methotrexate in the observation group was injected into the gestational sac,37 cases in each group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results The laboratory indicators,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and treatment success rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cesarean scar pregnancy patients with methotrexate gestational sac injection combined with hysteroscopic surgery is more effective,it is worth promoting.
