摘要
在以往,高职建设的实训中心基地封闭性比较高,和校外企业的对接性也不强,校内外专业之间的信息资源共享程度不充分,所以开放式实训中心新模式应运而生。该模式主张共享,一切资源都可以得到共享,在这种新模式中,学生可以利用更多的资源来提高自己的能力。高职相关人员一定要对这种开放式实训中心的运行模式和共享机制进行研究,使其在实训中发挥最大作用。
In the past,the construction of higher vocational training center base is closed,and the connection with enterprises is not strong,and the sharing degree of information resources among specialties is low,so the open training center mode arises.In the new mode,students have more resources to improve their ability.It is necessary for higher vocational personnel to study the operation mode and sharing mechanism of the open training center and exert its role in practical training.
