高职院校“学困生”成因及帮辅对策——以阜新高等专科学校为例

摘要 近年来高职院校普遍出现"学困生"数量日益攀升的现象,严重影响了学校的教育教学,成为社会不可忽视的特殊群体,势必成为高职院校学生工作的重点和难点。高职院校"学困生"主要是因为基础薄弱、对专业不感兴趣、自卑心理等因素形成的,因此,学校及教育教学管理者要从激发"学困生"内心学习潜能和建立健全学校"学困生"学业指导体系两个方面帮助辅导"学困生"脱困,使其顺利完成学业。 In recent years,the phenomenon that the number of"students with learning difficulties"gradually escalates has appeared in higher vocational colleges,which has seriously affected the education and teaching in schools.At the same time,it has become a special group that cannot be ignored in society.This situation is bound to become the focus of vocational college student work.This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of"students with learning difficulties"in higher vocational colleges.By stimulating their inner learning potential and establishing and improving the school academic guidance system,it helps such students to successfully complete their studies.
