寒冷地区土壤源热泵长期运行土壤冷堆积研究 被引量:5

摘要 寒冷地区土壤源热泵长期运行时,土壤冷堆积情况直接影响到热泵系统的运行性能.本文以呼和浩特市某办公楼为研究对象,建立了其土壤源热泵系统模型;按照夏季延米换热量为60W/m的设计条件,模拟了热泵系统在黏土地质下运行10年的土壤温度场变化情况及机组性能变化情况.结果表明,埋管周围5m范围内土壤平均温度呈逐年下降趋势,土壤冷堆积速率为0.27℃/年.随着冷堆积的增加,机组源测进口水温变化,机组制热性能逐渐下降.因此,需要采取辅热措施,如辅以太阳能热泵系统,来保证土壤源热泵系统在全寿命周期内高效运行. The cold accumulation of soil directly affects the performance of the system when the soil source heat pump is running for a long time in cold areas.In this paper,the heat pump system model of soil source of an office building in Hohhot city is established.According to the summer design conditions,i.e.the average meter of heat exchange is 60 W/m,the change of the soil temperature and the unit performance are simulated during 10 years of running of the heat pump system in the geological clay.The results show that the average temperature of soil is decreased year by year in the range of 5m around the buried tube,and the cold accumulation rate of soil is 0.27℃/year.With the increase of cold accumulation,the inlet water temperature of the unit at the source is changed and the thermal performance of the unit is decreased.Therefore,in order to ensure the efficient operation of the ground source heat pump system in the whole lifespan cycle,supplementary thermal measures should be adopted,such as solar assisted heat pump system.
