摘要
目的:分析不同手术治疗踝部骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的踝部骨折患者178例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规手术治疗,观察组则采取关节镜下手术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.51%,对照组总有效率80.90%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组优良率87.64%,对照组优良率71.91%,观察组患者足部功能恢复评分优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率0.00%,对照组并发症发生率0.00%,两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:关节镜手术治疗踝部骨折临床效果显著,较常规手术更有优势,并且较为安全,临床价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the different surgical treatment for ankle fracture.Methods:178 patients with ankle fractures in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided them into the observation group and the con-trol group,the control group received routine surgical treatment,observation group was treated with arthroscopic treatment,the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.51%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.90%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the obser-vation group was 87.64%,and the excellent and good rate of the control group was 71.91%.The excellent and good rate of recov-ery of foot function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 0%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment of ankle fracture clinical effect is remarkable,and has more advan-tages than conventional operation,safe,high clinical value.
