摘要
N_2O是一种对环境破坏严重的温室气体之一,德国BASF催化分解技术是目前应用最为广泛的N_2O分解技术之一。文中介绍了N_2O催化分解工艺流程和特点,通过对流程的模拟计算,并与实际运行参数相比较,分析得出整个运行期内操作上应采取的措施,即随着N_2O分解催化剂活性的下降,反应器入口温度逐渐由460℃提升至520℃,进料中N_2O浓度逐渐由12.5%降低至11.0%。
N2O is one of the greenhouse gases that seriously damage the environment,German BASF catalytic decomposition technology is one of the most widely used N2O decomposition techniques.This paper introduced the process and characteristics of N2O catalytic decomposition,indicated that some operational measures should be taken during the whole operation period.Through the simulation of the process,and comparison with the actual operating parameters,it was concluded that operational measures such that the inlet temperature of the reactor should be increased little by little from 460℃to 520℃,and the feed concentration of N2O in the feed should be decreased little by little from 12.5%to 11.0%with the decrease of N2O decomposition catalyst activity.
