摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务干预对白血病化疗患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将2015年1—12月在我院就诊的45例白血病化疗患者作为研究对象,对患者开展优质护理干预,比较干预前后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果干预前患者的焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后患者焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后患者的生活质量评分及满意度均高于干预前,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质服务理念能够改善白血病患者化疗的焦虑、抑郁情况,提高患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing service intervention about negative emotion and living quality in patients accepted leukemia chemotherapy.Methods In this study,to select 45 patients with leukemia and accepted chemotherapy as research subjects treated in our hospital from January to December in 2015,to carry out high quality nursing interventions.The anxiety,depression score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression before the intervention(P>0.05);the anxiety and depression scores of the patients after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences before and after the intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the patients’quality of life scores and satisfaction were higher than before the intervention,and there was a statistically significant difference before and after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of high quality service can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with leukemia accepting chemotherapy,improved the quality of life of patients,improved the nursing satisfaction of patients,and has clinical application value.
