油田用咪唑啉固体缓蚀剂的缓蚀行为 被引量:5

摘要 采用失重法和电化学方法评价了自制固体咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,结果表明该缓蚀剂是一种阳极控制型缓蚀剂。固体缓蚀剂缓释溶解后可在金属表面吸附形成比较致密的保护膜,且在溶液中形成较稳定的浓度,能够有效的抑制酸液的腐蚀,具有良好的缓蚀效果,其在酸性溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀效率大于90%,并能控制碳钢腐蚀速率在0.076mm/a以下。探讨了其吸附行为,其在碳钢表面上的吸附遵循兰缪尔吸附等温式。 The inhibition effect of a synthesized imidazoline solid corrosion inhibitor is evaluated by electrochemical method and weight loss method,the result shows that it is an anodic adsorption-type inhibitor.The solid corrosion inhibitor can absorb on the metal surface to form a relatively dense protective film,and form a relatively stable concentration in the solution to effectively inhibit the corrosion of the acid solution.It has a good corrosion inhibition effect,and its corrosion inhibition efficiency to carbon steel in acid solution is greater than 90%.and corrosion rate of carbon steel is well controlled blow 0.076 mm/a.The adsorption behavior is also discussed.The adsorption model fits well to the Langmuir isotherm.
