摘要
补阳还五汤在改善缺血性脑损伤后脑梗死、减少致残率方面发挥着重要作用,并且取得了显著的临床疗效。此外,补阳还五汤还能促进脑缺血后脑内神经干细胞(NSCs)的增殖、迁移和分化。在缺血性脑损伤后,Notch信号通路被激活,活化的信号通路在调控NSCs的增殖与分化、炎症反应、缺血区血管生成等方面起着重要作用。研究发现补阳还五汤可以通过Notch信号通路调节NSCs的增殖和分化,从而达到神经保护的作用。现将NSCs的增殖与分化作为补阳还五汤和Notch信号通路的结合点,探讨补阳还五汤通过Notch信号通路来发挥对缺血性脑损伤的修复作用。
Buyang Huanwu Tang has played an important role in improving cerebral infarction and reducing disability rate after ischemic brain injury,and has achieved notable clinical effects.In addition,Buyang Huanwu Tang can also promote the proliferation,migration and differentiation of neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia.After ischemic brain injury,the Notch signaling pathway is activated,and the activated signal pathway plays an important role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells,inflammatory response,and angiogenesis in the ischemic region.It is found that Buyang Huanwu Tang can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells through Notch signaling pathway,so as to achieve neuroprotective effect.The proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells are considered as a combination of Buyang Huanwu Tang and the Notch signaling pathway,and the effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang on ischemic brain injury is discussed here.
