摘要
目的:探讨心理护理对社区高血压患者管理的效果。方法 :配合心理护理规范化管理模式的高血压患者310例为干预组,常规规范化管理模式的高血压患者288例为对照组,对比管理前后2组患者血压水平、服药依从性、心肌梗死发生率、脑卒中发生率、慢性肾病发生率5项指标。结果:干预组平均收缩压为(126.45±10.46)mmHg,平均舒张压为(79.85±8.64)mmHg,服药依从性Morisky问卷评分平均为(2.98±1.05),心肌梗死发生率为8.1%,脑卒中发生率为6.8%,慢性肾病发生率为7.5%,5项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在社区推行配合心理护理的规范化管理模式能提高社区高血压管理的效果,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective]To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the management of hypertension patients in community.[Method]310 patients with hypertension were chosen in the intervention group who accepted standardized management mode of psychological nursing.288 patients with hypertension were chosen in the control group who accepted standardized management mode of conventional nursing.The 5 indexes including blood pressure,medication compliance,incidence of myocardial infarction,stroke incidence,and the incidence of chronic kidney disease were compared between the two groups.[Result]The average systolic blood pressure of the intervention group was 126.4 5-10.46 mmHg,the average diastolic pressure was 79.85±8.64 mmHg.And the average score of Morisky questionnaire which measuring medicationcompliance was 2.9 8±1.05.The incidence of myocardial infarction was 8.1%,the stroke incidence was 6.8%,and the incidence of chronic kidney disease was 7.5@.The five indexes were all better than the control group.[Conclusion]The implementation of standardized management model with psychological nursing in the community can improve the effect of hypertension management in community and improve the quality of life of the patients.
