摘要
铁矿石是重要的矿产资源,由于资源地理分布与地域经济分异不一致,铁矿石作为国际大宗交易矿产品日益受到关注。近年来,铁矿石进口价格剧烈波动,作为全球最大铁矿石进口国,中国对铁矿石进口市场缺乏应有的控制能力,受供给垄断势力影响,在利益博弈过程中长期处于不利地位。分析了中国铁矿石进口市场供需双方的竞争能力;运用经济学供需理论、寡头市场结构理论、以及边际分析方法分析中国铁矿石进口市场结构和定价驱动因素,并通过对铁矿石资源的地理分布和国际贸易基本情况的分析,找出了铁矿石国际贸易的价格变化与定价机制转变规律,以及定价机制驱动因素和基本面。从供给侧和需求侧分别对国际铁矿石需求周期和增长及其对中国经济的影响进行分析,结果表明:中国需求是推动铁矿石矿业增长周期的主要因素,新常态下中国钢铁产业达到峰值和全球缺乏新的增长元素,决定了铁矿石产业周期步入调整,垄断和金融化是影响铁矿石短期国际贸易波动的相关因素。
Iron ore is an important mineral resources.Because the geographical distribution of resources is not consistent with the regional economic differentiation,there is a growing concern of iron ore as an international commodity trading products.In recent years,the iron ore import price fluctuates dramatically.As the world’s largest importer of iron ore,lacking control over the iron ore import market,China is in a disadvantageous position in the process of interest game affected by the monopoly power of supply.This paper analyzes the supply and demand sides of China’s iron ore import market,by using the theory of supply and demand,the theory of market structure,and the method of the marginal analysis.By analyzing of the geographical distribution of iron ore resources and the basic situation of international trade,as well as the change of price changes and the pricing mechanism of iron ore trade,the anthor discovers the mechanism of driving factors and fundamentals of pricing.From the supply side and the demand side of China under the influence of the international iron ore demand and growth cycle,its influence on China is analyzed.“China factors”are the main factors to promote a new round of iron ore mining industry growth.The iron ore industry cycles into adjustment as China’s iron industry reaches its peak under the new norm and no new factors cowe into the world iron ore market.Monopoly and finance are the main factors influencing the short-term fluctuation of international trade of iron ore.
