摘要
目的研究分析青光眼患者接受小梁切除术联合青光眼引流器植入治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法选取我院收治的60例青光眼患者作为研究对象。将患者分成对照组和观察组。观察组共50眼,使用小梁切除联合青光眼引流器植入治疗,对照组共47眼使用小梁切除手术,对两组的临床治疗情况开展分析比较。结果观察组术后1个月平均眼压为(12.15±1.75)mm Hg,对照组为(16.48±3.24)mm Hg,观察组眼压小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组功能性滤过泡眼50眼(100.0%);对照组功能性滤过泡36眼(76.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有2例并发症,占6.7%,对照组有9例并发症,占30.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者接受青光眼引流器植入联合小梁切除术治疗的效果突出。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation for glaucoma patients,so as to provide reliable evidence for clinical treatment.Methods 60 glaucoma patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.A total of 50 eyes in the observation group were treated with trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation.A total of 47 eyes in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy.The clinical treatment of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The average intraocular pressure in the observation group was(12.15±1.75)mmHg after 1 month,and the control group was(16.48±3.24)mmHg.The intraocular pressure in the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 50 eyes(100.0%)in the functional filtering blebs,and 36 eyes(76.6%)in the control group with functional filtering blebs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 2 cases of complications,accounting for 6.7%,and 9 cases in the control group,accounting for 30.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glaucoma patients with glaucoma drainage combined with trabeculectomy is effective.
