左卡尼汀联合高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者免疫功能及肾功能的改善效果 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察左卡尼汀联合高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者免疫功能及肾功能的改善效果。方法选取本院2012年1月至2017年1月收治的尿毒症患者100例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(左卡尼汀联合高通量血液透析)及对照组(单纯实施高通量血液透析),各50例。对比两组免疫功能及肾功能改善情况。结果观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均高于对照组,各肾功能相关指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者实施高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗,可显著改善患者肾功能,提高免疫功能,临床治疗效果显著。
