摘要
课例研修力主要包括课例的识别能力、课例的搜集能力、课例的应用能力、研修活动的反思力,是准备期教师群体亟待获得的能力。在点评稿撰写中,能提高课例的识别力与标的文本的写作力;在教学设计文稿撰写中,能促进教师完成"由知到会"的转化;在研修资料的汇编中,能获得实践审美与价值的积极心理体验和资料的整理能力;在汇报PPT制作中,教师能逐步构建实践研究的思维框架与文本的表述力。
The research and study ability on individual lesson mainly includes the ability of classifying,collecting,applying and reflecting of the lesson,which is the ability to be acquired for preparatory teachers urgently.The commentary writing can improve the recognition of the lesson and the writing of the text;the teaching design writing can promote the teacher to complete the conversion from knowledge to practice;the compilation of research and study materials can make the teachers access to the positive psychological experience on athetics and value and data processing capacity;the PPT report can make the teachers gradually build the ability of expression on thinking framework and text on practical study.
