摘要
引用共轴双旋翼模型分析上、下旋翼尾涡相互影响及干扰情况,论证上、下旋翼距离和上、下旋翼安装角对无人机双旋翼性能的影响。研究发现,受上旋翼下洗流影响,共轴旋翼间的气动干扰使下旋翼拉力减小比上旋翼拉力减小程度大,下旋翼的最佳安装角远大于单旋翼最佳安装角;上、下旋翼安装角相同情况下,共轴双旋翼结构产生的最大拉力略小于单旋翼最大拉力的两倍,但在外形尺寸基本固定情况下,共轴双旋翼结构可将无人机载重量提升近一倍。在高校多旋翼无人机教学实践活动中,可以采用共轴双旋翼结构解决无人机载重和尺寸的矛盾。
In this paper,we quote a coaxial dual rotor model to research the vortex interaction and interference of the propeller blades.We will proof the infl uence of the rotor distance and the rotor installation angle to the UAV.The study found that the effects of rotor downwash fl ow,coaxial rotor aerodynamic interference between the rotor thrust the decrease degree is larger than the upper rotor tension decreases,the best installation angle of rotor is far greater than the best single rotor installation angle;on the rotor angle under the same conditions,two times the maximum tension of coaxial rotor structure is slightly smaller than the single rotor maximum force,but in the dimensions of basic fi xed,coaxial dual rotor structure the UAV payload upgrade Nearly double.In the practice of multi rotor UAV teaching,the coaxial double rotor structure can be used to solve the contradiction between the load and the size of the UAV.
