摘要
介绍了表面开口裂纹超声测深方法,制作了模拟表面开口裂纹缺陷的人工切槽试板,应用端点衍射法、爬波检测法、衍射时差法、相控阵检测法实施裂纹测深对比试验。根据试验数据和误差分析,对于深度越大的切槽,测量结果较准确;应用爬波能够测量深度为1 mm的切槽,而对于1 mm以上的切槽,应用相控阵检测则能够得到最佳测量精度。
Methods of ultrasonic testing of depth of surface breaking cracks are introduced.The artificial test plates with grooves which simulate surface breaking cracks have been made,in order to carry out the contrast test of crack depth measurement by tip diffraction,creeping waves,time of flight diffraction and phase array.According to the test data and error analysis,it has been shown that the measurement become accurate,with the increase of depth of grooves.By applying creeping waves,the groove with depth of 1mm can be measured accurately.For the grooves above 1mm,the optimum measurement accuracy can be obtained by phased array testing.
