宽频低损耗MnZn铁氧体材料的研制

摘要 研究了主配方、SiO_2和Ca_2CO_3添加剂及烧结温度在高频下对宽频低损耗MnZn铁氧体材料的微观形貌和磁性能的影响。结果表明,"FeO_3=52.9mol%,ZnO=9.1mol%,其余为Mn_3O_4"的主配方达到设计要求;添加SiO_2、CaCO_3能显著降低高频涡流损耗;烧结温度为1160℃时涡流损耗明显降低,导致总损耗下降。根据这些结果,成功制备了宽频低损耗MnZn铁氧体材料。 The influences at high frequency of the main compositions combined with SiO2 and CaCO3 additives and sintering temperatures on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the Wide Frequency and Low Loss MnZn Ferrite were investigated.The results show that the main composition of"Fe2O3=52.9mol%with ZnO=9.1mol%and balance Mn3O4"reaches the requirements of design.Adding SiO2 and CaCO3 can significantly reduce the high frequency eddy current loss,and the eddy current loss obviously decreases when sintering temperature is at 1160℃,resulting in the total loss.Using these results,the Wide Frequency and Low Loss MnZn Ferrites are prepared.
