摘要
通过对支架零件的结构及冲压工艺分析,采用冲裁弯曲的级进冲压方案,并进行排样设计、冲压力计算、压力中心计算、冲切口设计等工艺设计计算和模具结构设计,既能保证零件尺寸精度,又使生产效率大大提高。对于小型多工序冲压零件的冲压工艺制定具有一定的参考意义。
The process for the structure of the support parts and stamping was analyzed.A progressive die combining blanking and bending was developed,which included layout design,thrust pressure calculation,pressure center calculation,punching design and die structure design etc.The progressive die can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the part and raise the production efficiency.It has a certain reference value for stamping process of small multi process stamping parts.
