摘要
研究了以涂碳铝箔材料为基础的磷酸铁锂电池,分析电池正极的粘结剂与导电剂之间的配比对电池循环寿命的影响。通过正交实验,分析了当聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)及超导碳黑(SP)之间的配比不同时,正极片的剥离强度、体电阻率及正极材料比容量的变化情况。结果表明,当SP和PVDF的含量均为3%时,电池的性能最优。通过此配比制备所得铝壳20 Ah电池的比功率及比能量分别为1 300 W/kg、130 Wh/kg,且具备较好的循环性能。
The lithiumiron phosphate(LiFePO4)batteries based on carbon coated aluminum foil material were studied.The effect of the ratio of the battery cathode binder and conductive agent on the cycle life of the battery was analyzed.Through orthogonal experiment,the peel strength,resistivity and capacity of the cathode plate were analyzed with different ratios of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and superconducting carbon black.It's found that when the content of SP and PVDF is 3%,the battery performance is optimal.The specific power and specific energy of 20 Ah aluminumshell battery with the ratio are 1 300 W/kg and 130 Wh/kg,and it has better cycle performance.
