摘要
综放工作面在开采过程中,管理不到位,工作面前后刮板输送机和综采支架易出现上窜下滑现象,运输顺槽转载机与工作面刮板输送机搭接不合理,增加不必要的机头清煤工序,严重时上下安全出口不畅。本文通过分析4101综放工作面回采过程中上窜下滑的原因,提出了预防的控制措施。
In mining process,management of the fully-mechanized caving face does not reach the designated position.As a result,scraper conveyor and fully mechanized stent are prone to falling,transport gateway reproduced machine and working face scraper conveyor are overlapped unreasonably,which increases unnecessary nose clean coal process,blocking the exit when it is serious.In this paper,the reasons of the slide in the recovery process of 4101 fully-mechanized caving face are analyzed,and the prevention measures are put forward.
