摘要
家具生产线设计是影响家具生产成本、交货期和服务水平等的关键,为了降低成本、提高效率,对家具生产线的研究很有必要。笔者以成都某家具企业为研究对象,对车间现状、生产线平衡进行分析,构建生产线优化模型,设计遗传算法进行求解,采用MATLAB编程计算出合理的生产线。最后,进行生产线优化前后对比,改善后的生产线节拍降低22.05%,生产线平衡率提升37.49%,平滑系数降低79.02%,作业人数减少1人,产量提升29.41%/a,节约总成本214 930.8元/a。结果表明,基于遗传算法的家具生产线优化设计在降低节拍、提高平衡率和提升产量等方面具有良好的效果。
The design of furniture production line is the key factor affecting the production cost,delivery time and service level of furniture,so it is necessary to study the furniture production line in order to reduce cost and improve efficiency.Taking a furniture enterprise in Chengdu as the research object,authors of this article analyze the present situation of the workshop and the production line balancing,build a production line optimization model,design genetic algorithm for solving,and use MATLAB to calculate the reasonable production line.Finally,contrast the production line before and after optimization,the production line beat reduces by 22.05%,line balancing rate raises 37.45%,smoothing coefficient reduces by 79.02%,decreases 1 homework number,yield increases 29.41%per year,and the total cost saves 214 930.8 yuan per year.The results show that the production line design based on genetic algorithm has good effect on reducing production line beat,raising line balancing rate and increasing the yield.
