在综合实践活动中发展学生融和品性的策略研究

摘要 通过对苏州市吴江区北门小学的调查发现,外来务工人员随迁子女的学习基础、行为习惯与本地学生存在较大的差异。基于生源现状,学校提出"融和育人"的办学宗旨,以综合实践活动课程为切入口,让外来务工人员随迁子女与本地学生有机融和。教学实践证明,通过教给学生研究方法提高动力,让学生学会相互尊重与合作,引导学生学会反思,多元评价等方式,能够更好地发展学生的平等、尊重、包容、欣赏的品性。 A survey of our school students reveals that there is a big difference in learning foundation and behavior habits between migrant children and local students.In view of the present situation,our school proposes the schooling idea of“integrative education”,which starts with the comprehensive practical activities to let them integrate into each other harmoniously.Teaching practice proves that such strategies are eff ective to develop students’characters of equality,tolerance,respect and appreciation as teaching students’research methods to promote their motivation,letting them learn to respect and cooperate with each other,and guiding them into self-refl ection and multi-assessment.
