苯乙烯防聚合原因分析及应对措施 被引量:8

摘要 针对苯乙烯在储存过程中出现的聚合问题以及聚合后对产品质量的影响,分析了苯乙烯聚合影响因素,包括阻聚剂、氮封(氧含量)设施、储存温度、工艺操作条件等。结合实际工作经验,给出处理方案。特别是苯乙烯储罐内防涂层改造,对苯乙烯储罐延长储存周期及确保产品质量具有关键作用。对采取相应措施后的苯乙烯储罐进行了2年跟踪观察,对阻聚剂、聚合物的含量进行分析,苯乙烯各项指标达到了优级。采取措施后,环境效益和经济效益显著。 In this paper,the low-nitrogen combustion of reheating furnace burner is described,the development of this technology and the research situation in this field in China are explained,and the present application status of the burner in big aromatic unit is also introduced.In Sinopec Tianjin Company,before the burner revamp in August 2016,the average value of NOx content in the flue gas of the burner was about 165.4 mg/m3.The general standard stipulated by the state is NOx≤150 mg/m3,and the most stringent emission limit is NOx≤100 mg/m3.In order to meet the requirements of national environmental protection,from June 2016,Sinopec Tianjin Company started the revamp of the exiting burners in big aromatic unit,all of which were replaced by low-nitrogen burners,adopting mature fuel-staged burning and flue gas recycling technology.After the revamp,the average NOx content in the flue gas is about 41.2 mg/m3,well below the most stringent emission limit of the national standard.Under the same conditions,reduction of NOx is 22.178 t per year.
