摘要
目的评估对无偿献血者的血液展开核酸检测技术筛查的效果及有关情况。方法以2015年11月~2016年3月许昌市中心血站采集的15372名无偿性献血者为对象,借助核酸检测技术(nucleic acid testing,NAT)对献血者的血液样本实施筛查检测,分别检出人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)、乙型肝炎病毒(Hepadnaviridae,HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)三项指标值,同时筛查出NAT阳性例,并作证实试验。结果 15372名献血者血液样本中,总共检出5例酶联免疫吸附实验(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)阴性、NAT系统阳性血液样本,5例都属于HBV阳性例,取血袋全血实施二次重检,结果一致。从检测到研究结束为止,没有出现HCV、HIV的阳性病例。经ELISA法初步筛查时,HBV阳性漏检率为0.024%。结论 NAT技术使用在输血血液筛查鉴定工作中,能提升血液样本筛查的效率和质量,以降低ELISA法初步筛查的漏检、错检率。
Objective To evaluate the screening effect of nucleic acid test on blood from unpaid blood donors.Methods 15372 unpaid blood donors were collected from Central Blood Station of Xuchang from November 2015 to March 2016.The blood samples were screened and tested by nucleic acid testing(NAT)to detect human immunodeficiency virus[Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV(Hepadnaviridae),hepatitis B virus,(HBV)and Hepatitis C virus,(HCV)].At the same time,NAT positive cases were screened and proved by experiment.Results Among the 15372 blood samples,a total of 5 cases were enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)negative but NAT system positive,which were all belonged to HBV positive. Whole blood in the blood bag was examined repeatly and the results were consistent.No positive cases of HCV and HIV were detected until the end of the study.The missed rate of HBV positive was 0.024%when primary screened by ELISA.Conclusion NAT technology could improve the efficiency and quality of blood sample screening,so as to reduce the loss and wrong rate of ELISA in preliminary screening.
