摘要
黑龙江省是农业大省,面对经济发展新常态,依靠创新创业驱动完成经济发展方式的转变是必然选择。农民创业作为"大众创业、万众创新"中的重要组成部分应给予重点关注。我省农民创业起步较早,近几年农民创业呈现出良好的发展势头,涌现出多种农民创业的典型模式。通过对我省农民创业特色产业拉动、能人示范引导、合作组织带动、互联网创业四类典型模式综合分析,总结了我省农民创业的成功做法和经验启示,以期对推动我省农民创业起到积极作用。
Heilongjiang was a major agricultural province.In the face of a new normal state of the economic development,depending on the innovation and entrepreneurship to fulfill the transformation of the ways of economic development was an necessary choice.As an essential component of“mass entrepreneurship,multitude innovation”,farmer entrepreneurship should be given more attention.The starting of farmer entrepreneurship in Heilongjinag province was earlier,in recent years,farmer entrepreneurship had showed a good development trend,and varieties of typical models of farmer entrepreneurship emerged.The successful solutions and experienced enlightenments of farmer entrepreneurship were concluded in Heilongjiang province,and the following four categories were comprehensively analyzed to play a role in promoting the farmer entrepreneurship in Heilongjiang province:the characteristic industry-pulling of the farmer entrepreneurship,the capable farmers demonstration guide,the drive of cooperation organization and internet entrepreneurship.
