摘要
酵母菌是一种单细胞真核微生物,属兼性厌氧菌,是当前作为动物饲料添加剂最受关注及应用最广泛的益生菌之一,其富含氨基酸、脂肪酸、B族维生素等多种营养成分,具有易消化吸收、促进机体对营养物质利用率、提高动物机体免疫力和抗病力的功能。文章综述了酵母菌作为微生态制剂和生物饲料发酵菌剂在动物营养中的应用与研究进展。
Yeast is a single-cell eukaryotic microorganism,which belongs to facultative anaerobes.It is one of the most concerned and widely used probiotics as animal feed additive.It is rich in amino acids,fatty acid,vitamin B and other nutrients.Yeast is easy to digest and absorb,and to promote the body's utilization of nutrients.This paper reviewed the application and research progress of yeasts as a feed additive or fermenting bacteria in animal nutrition.
