无人值守它机试飞测试系统设计方案

摘要 针对目前它机试飞测试系统智能化程度低、大量消耗人力资源的问题,提出了一种智能化无人值守它机试飞测试系统设计方案,以智能化综合控制器为核心,千兆以太网交换机为信息交互中枢,与自动化供电控制单元和测试设备交联,实现惯导自对准、测试系统工作状态实时监控和故障处置、测试系统供电统一管理及测试系统模块化,为后续它机试飞测试无人化提供理论支持。 In view of the low intelligence of its flight test system and the large amount of human resources consumed,an intelligent unmanned flight test flight test system design scheme is proposed.The intelligent integrated controller is the core,Gigabit Ethernet.The network switch is an information interaction hub,which is cross-linked with an automated power supply control unit and test equipment to realize inertial self-alignment,real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of the test system working status,unified management of the test system power supply,and modularity of the test system.The test flight test pr ovides no theoretical support.
