摘要
图书馆是高校师生获取知识的重要资源,新时代对图书管理人员提出了新要求。当前,图书馆管理人员存在工作状态不积极、学历结构参差不齐、专业结构不平衡等问题。应从培养引进优秀人才、进行继续教育、开展综合素质教育等方面,激励图书馆管理人员不断创新创造。
Library is the important resource of teachers and students getting knowledge in university and college.New requirement is put forward to library administrative staff in new era.At present there are some problems of inactive working state,uneven educational background structure and uneven specialty structure among library administrative staff.It is necessary to encourage library staff steadily innovate and create from training,further-education and comprehensive quality education.
