摘要
电子病历系统是当前研究的热点,在电子病历中引入数字签名是实现电子病历合法化的重要措施,中国人民解放军149医院针对临床病历资料,对电子病历的数字签名可行性进行了探索。以身份认证为基础,建立与医院信息化集成环境相结合的平台,从而在门急诊信息化业务中开展数字化签名,且经测试验证后取得了较好的效果,未对相应业务产生影响,证实了数字签名在门诊信息化应用中的可行性。
The electronic medical records system is a hotspot of current research.The introduction of digital signatures into electronic medical records is an important measure to realize the legalization of electronic medical records.The PLA 149 Hospital has explored the feasibility of digital signature of electronic medical records for clinical medical records.Based on identity authentication,it establishes a platform to integrate with the information integration environment of the hospital,so as to carry out digital signature in the information business of the emergency department.After testing and verification,it has achieved good results,and has not affected the corresponding business.It proves the feasibility of digital signature in the application of outpatient information.
