7.0 m大采高综采工作面临近回撤阶段的冒顶压架机理分析及防治措施 被引量:3

摘要 针对神东矿区大柳塔煤矿采用7.0 m大采高综采工作面在临近回撤阶段冒顶压架事故频发的问题,运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,建立工作面回撤采动模型,对该矿52304工作面临近回撤阶段时调节巷留设与否对应的工作面垂直应力分布进行模拟对比;采用现场测试与理论分析的方法,对大采高综采工作面冒顶压架机理进行分析。结果表明,调节巷的布置会引起巷道两端面产生应力集中,容易引发冒顶压架事故。提出了大采高综采工作面回撤阶段的冒顶压架防治措施,该措施的有效性与可靠性在后续开采过程中得到了验证。 In view of the frequent occurrence of powered support jammed and roof falling accidents at remove stage in fully mechanized working face with height of 7.0 m in Daliuta Coal Mine,a model was established based on FLAC3D numerical simulation software,to simulate and contrast vertical stress distribution in 52304 working face at remove stage with adjustment gateway or without it;the method of field test and theoretical analysis was adopted to analyze the mechanism of the roof of fully mechanized working face.The results showed that the layout of adjustment gateway can cause stress concentration on two sides of the gateway,it is easy to cause accidents of power support jammed and roof falling.The prevention and control of powered support jammed and roof falling at the working face was proposed,and the validity and reliability of it was verified in subsequent mining process.
