摘要
探讨了经Al^(3+)改性的蛭石对含磷废水的吸附性能,考察了反应的pH值、温度、时间、吸附剂的用量等因素对改性蛭石吸附性能影响。结果表明:含1.0%Al^(3+)的改性蛭石对磷有较强的吸附去除作用。在300r/min条件下搅拌吸附30min,当Al^(3+)改性蛭石的用量为60g/L时,对40mg/L的含磷废水的吸附量达0.45mg/g,对含磷量不大于100mg/L的废水,其去除率大于50%。
This paper research the absorb performance that the vermiculite by A1 3+modify to including phosphorus waste water.It is influenced that the vermiculite absorbs performance after investigating such factors as pH,the temperature,time,absorbent reacting,etc.The result shows:Include 1.0%Al 3+of vermiculite not absorbing by function of getting rid of for stronger one about phosphorus.Mix and absorb 30min under 300r/min condition,when the consumption of the A1 3+modify vermiculite is 60g/L,is up to 0.45mg/g to the absorbing amount including phosphorus waste water of 40mg/L;Is not greater than the waste water of 100mg/L to phosphorus content,its getting rid of rate is greater than 50%.
