摘要
在机电控制技术的实践教学中,机电对象模型的闭环控制律设计很难被学生理解。该文采用MATLAB SISO(单输入单输出)工具箱软件构建了阀控液压缸闭环控制回路,同时进行PI控制律结构和参数优化设计。通过直观的单位阶跃响应数据和频域稳定裕度仿真结果,帮助学生加深对机电控制对象建模、PI控制律设计及闭环反馈控制回路稳定性的理解和认识,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的实践创新能力。
In the practical teaching of mechatronical control technology,the closed-loop control law design of mechatronical object model is difficult to be understood by students.In this paper,a valve control of hydraulic cylinder construction with feedback control loop is constructed by MATLAB SISO(single input single output)tool.Furthermore,the PI control law,form and the corresponding control parameters are optimally designed.Through the intuitive data of step response and the simulation result of the stable margin in frequency domain,students can achieve deep comprehension of mechatronics plant model,PI control law design and stability of feedback control loop.The idea proposed in this study can inspire students’learning interests and improve the capability of practical innovation.
