摘要
为全面贯彻落实《国家知识产权战略纲要》,深入促进知识产权服务与科技经济发展深度融合,推动经济提质增效升级,加强知识产权服务业集聚发展模式研究的重要性日益凸显。在科学界定知识产权服务业内涵与外延的基础上,理性回顾发展历程、准确定位发展阶段、客观厘析发展现状与存在短板,有利于为知识产权服务业集聚发展模式创新营造环境、整合资源、提供对策,增强知识产权服务业对科技进步和经济发展的促进作用。
It has become more and more important to strengthen the study on model innovation of the agglomeration development of intellectual property services industry,in order to commit the intellectual property strategy and promote the economics upgrade.On the basis of defining the consolidation and extension,it is necessary to look back the development history,to pinpoint the precise development phase,and to face the problems and situations.It can help to construct the environment,to integrate the resources,and to perfect the countermeasures of accelerating the development of intellectual property services industry.Thus,it can help the progress of the science and technology and the development of the economy.
