摘要
目的:通过对江西省第十四届运动会高校部体操乙组8所学校,实施新体操等级运动员标准(简称新《标准》)情况的综合分析,揭示制约高校体操人才培养的深层次原因,为破解困局寻找有效途径。方法:根据研究目的,设计问卷调查表。用现场发放,赛后回收形式对所有参赛学校的教练进行调查。将各项目比赛成绩按需要进行统计处理,为定量分析提供数据上的支持;采用现场观看、录像等方式,记录不同项目比赛的全过程,便于事后进行比对分析。结果:1)比赛成绩与教练年龄呈正相关,反映出课改前所培养的体操人才基础更为扎实,带队训练经验更为丰富。2)种种迹象表明高校体操人才已出现断层现象,且男女比例失调。3)教练们普遍认为新《标准》动作学会不难,高规格掌握好它不易,且编排存在不合理性。结论:本科性院校体操课程改革后,中青年教师业务水平呈下降态势,学生整体素质及能力下降,体操人才培养质量严重下滑。新《标准》的创编存在不合理性,应结合实际进行调整。
Objective:Through the comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the standards of new gymnastics athletes in eight schools of Gymnastics Group B in the 14th National Games of Jiangxi Province,this paper reveals the deep-seated reasons that restrict the cultivation of college gymnastics talents,to find an effective way to break the dilemma.Methods:A questionnaire was designed according to the purpose of the study.With on-site distribution,post-match recovery form of all participating coaches to investigate.The results of the competitions will be statistically processed as needed to provide data support for the quantitative analysis.By means of on-site viewing and video recording,the whole process of different competitions will be recorded so as to facilitate comparison and analysis afterwards.Results:1)There is a positive correlation between competition results and coaching age,which shows that the foundation of gymnastics trained before the curriculum reform is more solid and the training experience is more abundant.2)There are indications that college gymnastics has been a fault,and the imbalance between men and women.3)The coaches generally believe that it is not difficult to learn the new“standard”action,that it is not easy for them to master the high standards,and that the arrangement is unreasonable.Conclusion:After the reform of gymnastic courses in undergraduate colleges and universities,the professional level of young and middle-aged teachers is on the decline.The overall quality and ability of students are declining,and the quality of gymnastic personnel training is seriously deteriorating.The creation of a new“standard”is irrational and should be adjusted in the light of actual conditions.
