摘要
同城化背景下城市建设用地的时空变化,对于城市制定科学规划、促进地区可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以遥感影像为主要数据源,提取3个时期太原市城区和榆次城区建设用地信息,分析了研究区建设用地扩张的区域以及时空动态变化特征;利用相关的统计数据,采用灰色关联度模型,探究研究区建设用地扩张的主要驱动因素。结果表明:研究区的建设用地面积不断扩张。研究区太原部分的建设用地重心先向西北再向东南迁移,研究区榆次部分的建设用地重心整体向西北方向迁移。研究区建设用地扩张主要受城镇化水平、经济发展水平、产业结构、政策因素和交通因素等5个因素影响,但各个因素对建设用地扩张的推动力大小不同。
The spatial-temporal evolution of urban build-up areas under the background of urban integration was of great significance to the formulation of scientific planning and the promotion of regional sustainable development.Taking remote sensing images as the main data source,this paper analyzed the expansion area of the urban build-up areas by extracting the information of build-up areas of Taiyuan city and Yuci district in three periods.Combined with the relevant statistical data,we used the gray relational degree model to figure out the main driving factors for the expansion of construction land in the study area.The result indicated:1)The urban build-up area in the study area were expanding continuously.2)The urban build-up area in Taiyuan city,the gravity center of urban build-up area first shifted to the northwest,and then to the southeast direction,and in Yuci district,the gravity center of urban build-up area shifted to the northwest direction.3)The expansion of build-up area in the study area were mainly affected by five factors:the level of urbanization,the level of economic development,industrial structure,policy factor and traffic factor,but the role of these factors were different to the driving force of the construction land expansion.
