摘要
针对用电信息采集系统曲线采集成功率低的问题,从用电信息采集档案和通讯两方面进行原因分析,从管理和技术方面提出了提升曲线采集成功率的措施。应用结果表明:改进后的方法极大地降低了营销业务应用系统和用电信息采集系统客户档案信息不关联的异常客户数量和本地采集信息失败、远程曲线数据上传失败的几率,从而提高了公用变压器和专用变压器用户(公专变用户)的曲线采集成功率。
Aiming at the low success rate of curve collection for electricity consumption information collection system,the causes were analyzed from the two aspects of files of electricity consumption information collection and communication.The measures of improving the low success rate of curve collection were presented from the management and technology.The application results show that improved measures greatly reduced the abnormal numbers of the customers which are not interrelated with marketing business application system and electricity consumption information collection system,as well as the failure rates of local information collection and remote curve data upload were reduced,which upgrade the curve collection success rate for the customers of the public transformer and exclusive transformer.
