不同阶段妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进患者血清甲状腺功能的变化被引量：2

摘要目的分析不同阶段妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进患者血清甲状腺功能的变化。方法选取2017年1—9月收治的妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进孕妇62例作为试验组,另选取同期收入的非甲状腺功能亢进孕妇62例作为对照组,分别检测并统计分析两组妊娠3、15、30周的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT_3)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)、总甲状腺素(TT_4)、超敏促甲状腺素(HS-TSH)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)。结果试验组妊娠3周TT_3、TT_4均高于对照组,TRAb阳性率低于对照组;妊娠15周TT_3、TT_4均高于对照组;妊娠30周FT_3、FT_4均低于对照组,TT_3、TT_4均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进患者血清TT_3、TT_4在整个妊娠阶段均呈高水平表达,TRAb阳性率与FT_3、FT_4在整个妊娠阶段均呈较低状态,不同阶段妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺功能指标变化的监测对疾病早期诊断、干预具有较高的应用价值。
